Agent-created service health panel

Connect through Click’s temporary MCP descriptor, keep the paired window online, and call paired_click_action with click.canvas.create.

{
"action_id": "click.canvas.create",
"payload": {
"title": "Service health",
"html": "<main><h2>Service health</h2><output id=\"status\">Ready</output></main>",
"css": "main { padding: 16px; }",
"javascript": "",
"permission_requests": []
}
}

The action stores a content-addressed artifact, updates the synchronized workspace, opens the panel, and returns a correlated verification receipt. Add capability requests only when the panel genuinely needs Host data; undeclared operations fail before provider dispatch.

Iterate with click.canvas.inspect and click.canvas.update, then focus the result for human review. Never paste the temporary MCP token into panel source.
